Navigating the Transgender Landscape (FREE)
The Transgender Trend. A complex cultural phenomenon is sweeping through schools throughout the country. Children are declaring that they no longer identify as their own sex, but as the opposite sex, a new made-up “gender,” or no sex at all, creating serious challenges for K-12 schools.
Until now, school leaders trying to implement policies to address this phenomenon have only had one-sided resources with the agenda of affirming a child’s belief that he or she was “born in the wrong body.” These ideologically driven materials omit important scientifically accurate information about the serious mental health and medical concerns raised by this phenomenon and fail to address the rights of other students and of parents.
The national Navigating the Transgender Trend, School Resource Guide is designed to fill the information gap. The Guide gives school boards, administrators, teachers, and counselors sound social, medical, and legal information to develop sound policies to respond effectively to the transgender phenomenon.

HomeFront Kids (FREE)
HomeFront Kids provides parents and their children an easy and fun way to learn about and address challenging social issues, together. Fifteen quick, daily articles, videos, and activities per topic unit – one for parents and one for children, lead to natural discussions. These topics follow the HomeFront topics with the beginning topics laying the foundation for the more difficult topics that follow. With that in mind, we suggest you study the topics in order.
HomeFront topic units present principles that support the healthiest relationships and lifestyles. While there are many who, through no fault of their own, do not enjoy the benefits of these ideal circumstances, discussing ideal principles and their benefits does two things: 1) understanding these principles acknowledges and gives validity to a sense of loss or a pain point, and 2) these principles provide a clear path for creating the healthiest families and societies.
Many may argue that, out of compassion, we must teach principles that all feel they are capable of living. This approach is destructive. For example, the values being promoted in society right now are diversity, equity and inclusion. Looked at closely it appears to reject traditional values in an effort to make the “marginalized” feel better. This is like not teaching how essential Vitamin D is to health because the sun doesn’t shine in your neighborhood. If you acknowledge that our bodies need Vitamin D, even though you don’t have it around you naturally, you can find ways to supplement so you can attain the healthiest lifestyle.
The truth is most, if not all, fall short of ideal principles. Nevertheless, that is not a reason to discard them. We need them desperately in our personal lives, families and society. As you read through these lessons please keep the following in mind:
1) Ideal principles explain pain points and promote health; they don’t marginalize people.
2) Ideal principles guide choices; they don’t categorize people.

The Bathwater Brigade (EXCLUSIVE)
The following resource is only available for free through our curriculum platform. A hard copy can be purchased on Amazon. Audible also offers it as an audiobook.
A fresh take on timeless principles. Police brutality, climate change, racism, individual rights and power, health care, helping the poor, and more. We all wish we could change the world. But what if the most effective ways are the ones that are being ignored? Is coming together really possible? The Bathwater Brigade discovers how to join forces with their opponents…without sacrificing their values.
Summary:
A Texas college town erupts with racial accusations following the police shooting of an unarmed black man. Wanting the officer to get a fair trial, Jace Kartchner and a handful of friends secretly work to thwart the violent group, Zero Supremacy, from controlling public opinion.
Deep in his fight against the Zeroes, Jace also discovers the Bathwater Brigade, a student club aimed at teaching new ways to think and to effectively interact with anyone about big ideas. A campus tradition for generations, the Brigade is now hanging on by a thread as college administration looks for any excuse to shut it down for good.
Jace is challenged as never before as he questions his beliefs and behavior, struggles to keep his old and new friends, and finds that he has accidentally given college administration the excuse it has been waiting for.

HEART: Health Education and Relationship Trainings (EXCLUSIVE)
HEART was written with the goals of respecting innocence and not prematurely sexualizing students. It uses the Parent Interview for each lesson to engage students and parents in a discussion of sexual topics. The Parent Interview empowers parents to teach family values as school teachers provide required information. This has the added advantage of keeping teachers out of the values crossfire.
HEART was written under the guidance of an expert advisory board that included MDs and PhDs for the required topics.
HEART grew out of a citizen campaign in the Capistrano Unified School District in southern California to create a medically accurate and age-appropriate sex ed curriculum to meet the Ed Code that the strong majority of parents could support.
HEART USA has some modifications from the original CA HEART such as altering references to masturbation, anal sex, abortion and references to state code. To learn more about getting the original CA curriculum please visit heartcurriculum.com
HEART emphasizes primary protection (risk avoidance—delaying sex until at least the legal age of consent) per guidance of the CDC. HEART does teach secondary prevention (risk reduction) as required, but first place is given to risk avoidance as the only medically certain safe path by teaching healthy relationships where kids can have “fun without sex.”.
HEART teaches the truth about the laws protecting minors—minors can’t ‘consent’ to sex. Other curricula teach or infer that minors can ‘consent’ to sex but the law clearly doesn’t allow this—sex with an unmarried minor is always a crime.
HEART discloses the risks of condom use. Authorities advocate condom use because this will reduce overall teen pregnancy and STIs. At the individual level, however, teens are not taught by other curricula that the risk that still remains is more than they would want to be exposed to.
HEART reveals the fundamental lesson of STIs—the human immune system cannot protect against casual sex. The number of STIs continues to grow, especially those without a cure. HEART teaches the only real safety is faithfulness to a single partner, or living as close to this as possible.
HEART teaches the link between certain STIs and certain cancers. HPV, for example, is a risk for cervical, anal-rectal, or mouth-throat cancers, depending on where the infection occurs.
HEART presents information about ways STIs are harder on girls with the CDC’s “10 Ways STDs Impact Women Differently from Men.” The list includes “pelvic inflammatory disease,” a common STI complication and a cause of infertility and ectopic pregnancy.
HEART better protects males who have sex with males (MSM). New HIV infections have significantly declined in the general population but have tragically persisted at around 26,000 per year among MSM. The guidance being given hasn’t worked. HEART provides full CDC guidance for MSM.
HEART teaches the consequences of abortion. HEART recognizes a woman’s right to abortion, but does teach the risks. Abortion, particularly with multiple abortions, has consequences that are often overlooked.
HEART acknowledges gender dysphoria but shares information that 98% of cases resolve by adulthood and that patience under the guidance of parents is the safest path.
HEART supports marriage by presenting the advantages of marriage over the growing trend of cohabitation. Studies show marriage, for example, is the best protection against poverty, even better than a college education. Marriage, once practiced by all income classes, is becoming a lost dream for many poor women. There is a media message of growing sexual promiscuity—that everyone’s doing ‘it.’ The fact is that since the early ‘90s kids are starting sex later, doing it less, with fewer partners, and teen pregnancies have steadily fallen. This is a trend that needs support and encouragement and HEART promotes and teaches the message of ‘kids getting better.

Restoring Liberty (SAMPLE)
Restoring Liberty, written by Utah State Representative Stephen R. Christiansen, carefully explores the foundation of our nation, our Constitution, and the rationale behind our unique and brilliantly designed form of government. Mr. Christiansen also discusses the essential founding principles and necessary mechanisms of our government, including: the right to self-government; the need for personal responsibility; the importance of separation of powers, with corresponding checks and balances; and the fundamental belief that the people are sovereign and that rights come from God. With that in mind, Mr. Christiansen then demonstrates how our national government has become bloated and overpowering. Many of the mechanisms built into the original design have ceased to function as planned. Today, too many citizens demand that our government do far more than originally intended, and increasingly it does little well. Government spending is skyrocketing, Our national debt and unfunded liabilities total over $200 trillion! Liberty and individual rights are eroding. Our future is in jeopardy, and our enemies are rejoicing. Given this crisis, Mr. Christiansen lays out eight critical solutions and calls on all freedom-loving Americans to engage in order to restore our liberty--before it's too late.
Fathom the Good (SAMPLE)
We all know that the world is not the same as it was even a decade ago. Obsessions with identity, race, gender, and sexual orientation have overtaken the America our children will inherit, and their future hangs in the balance. Parents must act, but what is to be done?
Fathom the Good, a classical K-12* digital curriculum, equips children with the knowledge they need to transform America from the inside out. (*High school courses available now with K-8 coming soon.)
We distinguish the Good Philosophy behind the American Founding and the Western Philosophical Tradition from today’s postmodern confusion. When children, guided by the greatest authors, learn to think in truly critical, constructive ways, freedom and civilization once again will have a chance. We Give Children Wisdom Against the World. Children are our future, yet the world deprives them of much needed wisdom from the past. Fathom opens the heart and mind of the child to the wisdom they need to see clearly amid the world’s confusion.
Fathom the Good’s Unique Approach
We Create Confident Thinkers
Social media has taught children to think in soundbites. To deliberate thoughtfully, young people must first develop skills of thinking that are truly critical and constructive in nature.
We use Primary Sources from great thinkers as well as Professor Hancock’s Original Text to get to the heart of the human condition. Our Reasoning Tools develop reading, writing, and discussion skills at a college level. And our Mentoring Videos provide enriching insight regarding challenging topics.
As skills and natural interest develop, students independently approach increasingly complex texts and more probing questions.
And as knowledge increases, so, too, does the child’s confidence in the Good of God’s creation and in their own divine purposes.
Creating Critical Thinkers
Creating Confident Children
We Create Confident Families
Fathom’s approach to education involves the whole family. Our Podcasts for Parents provide busy parents with a general understanding and additional insights regarding what their children are learning.
And our Family Discussion Guide assists parents in initiating meaningful conversations in the home with children of all ages.
We Create Clarity Amid Confusion
Fathom accomplishes this high level of historic and philosophical understanding in the high school years by combining six subjects into one easy-to-use curriculum, saving you time and money. These include Philosophy, History (Western Civilization), Civic Responsibility, Advanced Reading, Advanced Writing, and Socratic Discussion. Reading, writing, and discussion skills first build their understanding, then their confidence.

Little Patriots by American Cornerstone Institute (FREE)
TEACHING YOUR KIDS AMERICA’S FOUNDING PRINCIPLES
Kids’ brains are like sponges. They absorb knowledge and materials at an extremely high rate, and they are eager to learn about the world around them. What better age to start learning about our great country, our history, and our freedoms and liberties?
Parents and grandparents need a tool that will fill the heads of our children with the TRUE history of our country—untainted by ideology and activism. Public schools and teachers that don’t bring political ideologies into the classrooms – and there are still many, even if they can’t be very public about it – need a way to share with their students a love of country based on our noble history that won’t be easily torn down later. Christian schools and homeschool groups need a resource to combat not just the anti-American spirit in America’s classrooms, but which now suffuses our culture too.
The Little Patriots Program from the American Cornerstone Institute is an antidote to the some of the madness that is dividing our country right now. Designed by highly credentialed educators, studied historians, expert graphic artists, and professional animators, this winsome multi-channel curriculum teaches students the principles that make America good, and why every American child should believe that they are great.
At Little Patriots, we believe that building a foundation in our country’s values is just as important as learning another language or how to use a computer. By studying our history and the amazing women and men who make up our national story, children will learn the values that made America the greatest country on earth. Students will learn why it is important to stand up for what’s right, and they’ll learn about the sacrifices that so many American patriots have made to defend our nation and those values. They’ll learn the amazing things they can achieve if they pursue their dreams and ideas—things that they could only achieve in America, the land of opportunity.
We know that our history is complex, and we haven’t always been perfect. At Little Patriots, we teach kids the good, the bad, and the ugly. We won’t sugarcoat anything from our past, but we will be first and foremost be committed to telling the TRUTH.
That’s why we are so passionate in our belief that we have more good in our history than bad, and our history needs to be taught in a way where the good things are cherished and celebrated. By taking our lessons and watching our cartoons, elementary-aged students will learn that our American liberties and freedoms provide us all with the opportunity to follow our passions, bring our visions to life, and work hard to becoming whomever we want to be—no matter our life circumstances.
And, lastly, our Little Patriots materials are free, printable, and ready for immediate use in the classroom. There’s no barrier to entry for anyone—students, parents, teachers, and more—to get started. Through Little Patriots, anyone can start helping children learn more about our great country TODAY. So, let’s get started learning!

FAIRstory Curriculum for grades K-12
The FAIRstory Curriculum exposes students to the histories, experiences, struggles, accomplishments, and contributions of Americans of diverse backgrounds. Ours is a fact-based approach to teaching students about racism; it’s honest about the failures and shortcomings of our American past and present while recognizing how the struggles and accomplishments of Americans continue to move us closer to our ideals. Students learn to counter racism and intolerance with humanity and compassion.
“Empowering students to confront
racism and bigotry”
The FAIRstory Curriculum can support either the creation of new stand-alone ethnic studies courses or provide supplemental material to orient an existing history or civics course towards ethnic studies. Extension activities and culminating projects are also available for many lesson plans, allowing for deeper and more focused learning.
“fact-based approach…honest account of
the past and present”
FAIR developed its curriculum to empower students to confront racism and bigotry, which depend on a dehumanizing emphasis on racial difference. In contrast to curricula that view America through a triumphal or cynical lens, FAIRstory presents an honest account of the past and present, teaching students to think for themselves by engaging deeply with original sources, multiple perspectives, and opposing viewpoints on important events.
