These stickers are to make readers aware of offensive content, just like all other media, TV, movies, music and video games do. A reader cannot make a choice not to read offensive content if they are not aware that it is in the book.
These stickers should only be placed on books by the owner of the book. To introduce the stickers to the book owners you may want to consider presenting the rating system with examples. Here is a link to a PDF that you can print to share when presenting your stickers.

All stickers have the URL "YouthAdvisoryRatings.org" printed at the bottom of the sticker. On this website you can find the rating system and definitions, an explanation and video about the dangers of pornography, and links to the pages which show book reviews for the YA5, YA4 and YA3 categories.

These stickers come with an option for two different QR codes. You may choose to have the sticker without a QR code, or with a QR code that links to a warning about pornography or that links to a review of the books. The links to both are below. If you do not specify which type of sticker you want you will be given the sticker without the QR code.
