This 1-year subscription gives online access for 1 teacher and 180 students to Bryce Hedstom's Conexiones.  Each listen-and-read chapter has interactive activities. Teacher collaboration is encouraged. Using the Google form found in each Index teachers can contribute the materials they create in any platform for the benefit of other teachers. Once approved by the author it will go on the Storylabs platform.
 
All individual accounts include e-notebooks, which can be used by teachers for lesson plans and notes, and used by students to reflect on their reading and comprehension. Teachers can view the entries in these student notebooks and keep students accountable with the time-per-file tracker.

There are not enough comprehensible and interesting reading materials in simple Spanish for the student that enjoys browsing through magazines like National Geographic. I learned a lot from that kind of light compelling reading when I was a kid and I am betting that there are plenty of students that will enjoy reading articles like that today. Short articles like the ones in this book can fill that gap.
